I offer one-on-one and small group sessions at your residence, a yoga studio or online. I work with people of all ages and abilities and specialize in the following areas:

Strength Training
Create a consistent and progressive fitness program incorporating resistance training, cardio and mobility. Correct your form, address injuries and meet your goals with the equipment and time that you have.

Stay active at any age with sustainable exercises for balance, bone health and coordination, tailored to your mobility and modified for health concerns.

Back Health for Adults and Youth
Address common back issues including herniation, scoliosis and spinal fusion. Understand you or your child's diagnosis, relieve pain and forge a path to healing.
